By accessing or using NEXUS·HOST services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide web hosting, domain registration, cloud infrastructure and related services subject to the plan you select and to fair-use policies.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activities, including spam, malware distribution, or copyright violation.
5. Billing & Refunds
Fees are billed in advance. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible hosting plans. Domains and add-ons are non-refundable.
6. Service Level
We target 99.99% uptime for eligible plans. Service credits apply per our SLA where availability targets are not met.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk to our network.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
